Rebranding Revision

After creating a variety of elements to include in my rebranding of Legend’s, it is finally time to put it all together. As many of the elements I have included in my rebranding are of a plainer style, it allows Legend’s to choose colors of their own. Whether those colors be the currently used ones, primarily green, or a variety of others, everything is readily available. This also allows Legend’s to provide direct feedback as to what they like and do not in my designs and allowing me to add the colors that the company desires.

When coming to the conclusion of my rebranding, I reevaluate what my goals of my rebranding were. I first strive to reiterate the purpose of the rebranding itself – to provide an update and innovative look to a long-time Norman restaurant. Secondly, I attempt to look at my audience. While Legend’s has a wide variety of audiences that visit the restaurant, majority of people go there for lunch meetings, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

Once I am finalized on my designs, I sit down and acknowledge ways that the restaurant could actively get its new logo out into the world. Providing additional information to a client can show your desire for public relations. Firstly, would be social media. Social media is a great place post the restaurants new logo, especially when considering using it as the profile picture. Another way that the restaurant could attract attention with its new brand is through word of mouth. When customers come into the restaurant, it would be highly beneficial to tell customers about the new brand and what they can expect the restaurant to look like when the rebranding is fully complete.

While my actions as a public relations professional rebranding Legend’s restaurant can only go so far, I am extremely proud of my work. I feel that my work is some of my best yet and can go on to significantly help my future career. Specifically, I can show other companies what I created for Legend’s in hopes that they will also want to take me on as a public relations professional.
