The artistry shown above was done primarily in an effort to better my personal creative skills. While the people depicted in the art very much enjoyed the images of themselves, it was not done for a specific client or course. These drawings were completed in the 2021 school year as an increase in free time quickly lead to an increase in creativity. The objective of these art pieces was to entertain people with a one-of-a-kind drawing of themselves. The iPad application Procreate allows for increasingly dynamic drawing as it includes various drawing brushes, colors, and sizes. Creating these unique pieces of art on digital platforms allowed me to significantly understand digital drawing methods on a variety of applications. Not only did I learn immense amounts about the details of drawing but also the applications best to use for drawing digitally.
